30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund, provided the product meets our return conditions.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following requirements:
- Product must be unopened and in its original, sealed packaging
- Product must be in the same condition as when you received it
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- You must have your order confirmation or receipt
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us
Email support@numnumkosmos.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Receive return instructions
We will respond within 24 hours with a return shipping label and instructions.
Ship the item
Pack the product securely and ship it using the provided label.
Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@numnumkosmos.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, regardless of the return window.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened food products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Gift cards, if and when available, are also non-returnable.
