Shipping Policy

Free Standard Shipping

All orders placed on numnumkosmos ship for free within the continental United States. There is no minimum order amount required to qualify for free shipping. We believe great flavors should arrive at your door without extra costs.

Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within the following timeframe:

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@numnumkosmos.com.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time, but we are working to expand our reach. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a full refund.
